Triumph Factory Racing Enduro Team’s Jonny Walker secured fifth overall at round five of the 2026 FIM SuperEnduro World Championship in Belgrade, Serbia, maintaining his hold on second place in the championship standings. Competing aboard the TF 450-E, Walker delivered another determined performance on a challenging circuit, collecting valuable points as the series enters its closing stages.

Jonny began the evening by claiming second in SuperPole, banking two important championship points with a fast and controlled lap. In race one, he made a strong start and exited the first corner in fourth before quickly working his way into contention for the lead by the end of lap one. Applying pressure to the riders ahead, a few small errors midway through the race dropped him back to fourth, but an assertive pass elevated him to third, which he maintained until the finish, opening the night’s racing with a solid podium result.

Race two featured the reverse-grid format, with Walker lining up on the second row. After navigating a busy opening lap, he positioned himself well before launching his charge, moving into third by lap two and then into the lead shortly after. Delivering clean and technical laps at the front, he was locked in a fierce fight for victory when contact with another rider in the closing stages cost Jonny time and dropped him to fifth. Despite pushing to recover positions in the remaining laps, he had to settle for fifth at the flag.

In the final race of the evening, Walker started fifth and successfully avoided a first-corner pileup to remain in contention. By lap two he was again battling at the sharp end of the pack, making decisive overtakes and selecting creative lines through the obstacles to challenge for the lead. On a physically demanding track, he fought throughout the race and ultimately brought his machine home in fifth.

With a 3-5-5 scorecard, Walker concluded the night fifth overall in Belgrade and continues to sit second in the SuperEnduro World Championship standings after five of seven rounds, holding an 11-point advantage over third place. Attention now turns to the next round in Newcastle, United Kingdom, where Jonny and Triumph will compete on home soil at a pivotal stage of the 2026 season.

Jonny Walker

“Just finished up here in Serbia and overall, the speed was definitely there tonight. I felt competitive and strong, especially in race two when I was right in the fight for the lead. Unfortunately, I went down with a lapper and hurt my hand, which made the final race a bit of a struggle. It’s frustrating because I felt like we had the pace to be right at the front, but that’s racing sometimes. We’ll get it checked with some x-rays tomorrow and focus on recovering properly, and hopefully I’ll be good to go for Newcastle.”
